All emergency services attended the incident on La Route Des Quennevais at around 09:30 today.
The road between Red Houses and the Airport roundabout was closed this morning, and bus services were disrupted for a short time.
Officials have now confirmed that a male occupant of one of the vehicles was taken to the Emergency Department, and sadly passed away a short time later.
The States of Jersey Police have confirmed that they are investigating the circumstances of the collision in conjunction with the Deputy Viscount.
