It was a clean sweep for Reform Jersey in St Helier Central – with current Deputies Carina Alves, Lyndsay Feltham, and Catherine Curtis retaining their seats alongside party newcomer Lee Carpenter.
It comes after a brutal election night for Jersey’s largest political party, after leader Sam Mézec lost his seat after seeking the Island-wide mandate.
Reform Jersey also waved goodbye to Education Minister and St Helier Constable hopeful Rob Ward and St Saviour Deputy Raluca Kovacs, as voters delivered a series of blows to the party that emerged as one of the election’s biggest winners four years ago.
