It’s the eighteenth time the event has been run, with this year’s total being almost exactly the same as last year, with around 4,000 cups of soup being sold.

One of the organisers Richard Robins has thanks everyone who helped make the event a success again this year. It’s all in aid of the Shelter Trust, and the charity says all the money raised will be going “where it is intended and to where it is so needed – to make life a little more comfortable for Jersey’s homeless.”
