Several roads in St Saviour will see reduced speed limits from tomorrow as part of efforts to improve safety around Plat Douet Primary School.
The changes come after requests from residents and a review of traffic speed and volume near the primary school.
These reductions aim to enhance safety and improve traffic conditions for students and residents in the area, according to the Infrastructure and Environment Department.
Speed limits on the following roads will drop from 30mph to 20mph on Friday 24 April:
- Plat Douet Road (from its junction with Victoria Road to La Rue des Prés)
- La Rue des Prés (from its junction with Plat Douet Road to a point near the entrance of Longueville Golf Range)
- La Rue de la Hambye
- La Rue de la Bachauderie
