Mr Roy was charged with conspiracy to import controlled drugs, while Ms Wolff faces two counts of removal of criminal property.

Both cases have been deemed serious enough to be dealt with in the Royal Court, with the pair next set to appear on 23 October for a plea and directions hearing.
“These arrest are directly linked to the arrests of three UK nationals and a Jersey resident in June when their yacht – carrying £500,000 of MDMA, cocaine and cannabis – was intercepted by a UK Border Force cutter in a planned operation in St Catherine’s Bay,” a Police spokesperson explained.
They added that no further comments would be given while the investigation – entitled ‘Operation Lion’ – remains live.

Their indictments of Mr Roy and Ms Wolff came ahead of the appearances of four men in the Royal Court today in connection with the same drugs haul: Paul Brown (58), Daniel Riley (25), Colin Sait (44) and Nicholas Thurban (60), who have been charged with multiple counts related to the importation and supply of controlled drugs.
