This year marks the fourth edition of the Jersey National Park’s walking campaign, Walk in the Park.

Coinciding with National Walking Month, the local programme is centred on the theme of “nature, at your own pace”.

Walk in the Park will feature a range of guided walks throughout May, as well as the option for participants to walk themselves.

The campaign will incorporate a range of options including foraging with Kazz Padidar, birdwatching with Neil and Alli Singleton, photography with Marc Le Cornu and sustainability with Sheena Brockie.

Honorary Chair of the Jersey National Park, Jim Hopley said the event would comprise “experiences that showcase the best of what the park has to offer, including its rich biodiversity, diverse history, and unique geology”.

Details on how to buy tickets – which cost £5 for adults and are free for under-18s – for the 18 guided walks, plus routes for the 16 self-guided walks, are available HERE.
