Appearing in the Magistrate’s Court this week, Jake Lescop pleaded guilty to both charges of malicious damage on 28 January.
The window in the house is said to have cost £2,000 to replace and the car windscreen £600.
Lescop did not have legal representation when he appeared in court.
Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris adjourned sentencing until 11 April to allow time for a pre-sentence report and released him on bail, advising him to get a lawyer.
