28-year-old Kelly Marie Hamon has been formally charged with two counts of assault – one on a police officer and one on a citizen – and one count of being disorderly on licensed premises.
Relief Magistrate Sarah Fitz was presiding in the Magistrate’s Court as the charges were read out to Ms Hamon.
