More than 220 young footballers will get the chance to play in football tournaments being organised by St Martin’s AC.
It follows the club agreeing a long term partnership with Skipton International.
The Skipton Saints 7’s will be a new island-wide youth tournament, bringing together teams from all Guernsey clubs for a high-energy, competitive event.
The Skipton Saints Minis Tournament is a season-long series of matches between Saints’ junior teams, children in Years 2 to 5 (up to age 11), and clubs from across the island.
Matthew Warren, Saints’ Director of Sponsorship & Fundraising, said: “This partnership is fantastic news for young footballers in Guernsey.
“With Skipton International’s backing, we can create even more opportunities for children to get involved, develop their skills, and most importantly, enjoy playing football. The real winners here are the kids, and we couldn’t be more grateful.”
Aaron Walden, Skipton International’s Senior Commercial Manager, said: “We believe in creating opportunities for young people, and this partnership allows us to play a role in helping children across Guernsey access the sport they love.”
