Guernsey’s teams have been named ahead of this weekend’s Spring Insure Siam Cup fixtures.
There will be five games at Footes Lane tomorrow, starting at 11:00, culminating in the Siam Cup showdown between Guernsey and Jersey’s men at 16:15.
The Nash Vets play first in front of the Garenne Stand.
They kick off at 11:00, competing for the Nash Cup.
The ‘Woody Cup’ is contested from 11:30 on the back pitch.
Guernsey’s 2nds take on Jersey’s 2nds from 12:45.
They’re competing to win the Fallaize Cup in front of the Garenne Stand.
Guernsey’s women take on Jersey in the penultimate game of the day.
The Ladies’ Siam Cup will kick off at 14:40 in front of the Garenne Stand.
The showpiece of the day will be the Men’s Siam Cup.
Guernsey host Jersey in front of the Garenne Stand, kicking off at 16:15.
After Jersey won all of the Siam Cup matches last year, Guernsey’s men and women are hungry for success this time around.
Last year was only the second time in their history that Jersey has had all four trophies in their possession at once, leaving the Sarnians keen to win them back, as well as the Woody Cup.
The teams were presented with their shirts at Footes Lane on Wednesday evening, ahead of the games this weekend.
