Jersey Bulls have been officially accepted into the FA Cup again after withdrawing last season due to issues with travel logistics.
The Island club will return to the world’s oldest national knockout tournament alongside fellow Channel Islands representatives Guernsey FC.
The Bulls played their first-ever FA Cup match in 2021, hosting the most southerly game in the competition’s history.
The team’s memorable debut saw them produce a record-breaking 10-1 victory over Horsham YMCA, becoming the first club in more than 75 years to score 10 goals on their FA Cup debut.
The Bulls went on to reach the third qualifying round, finishing as the competition’s highest-scoring side with 24 goals before their run ended against Chertsey Town FC.
Last season, the Bulls again impressed, earning a creditable 2-2 draw at Springfield against higher-ranked Worthing FC before bowing out in the replay.
The draw for the opening rounds of the 2026-27 FA Cup is expected to be announced in the coming weeks, when Jersey Bulls will discover their first opponents.
Guernsey FC has not played in the FA Cup since 2016 after pulling out for financial reasons.
