Jersey Post launches survey to help shape future priorities

Thursday 29 February 2024

Islanders have been asked to complete a survey which will help Jersey Post improve services – whilst also offering customers the chance to single out a postie or other employee who has gone "above and beyond".

The survey is being sent out this week, featuring six questions about priorities and different delivery routes for post.

Julie Thomas, Managing Director for Postal and Logistics, said: "Our focus this year is to understand islanders’ needs and to deliver for our community, always ensuring we’re offering value for money and the best possible service.

"This is an opportunity to help us shape our priorities, so we know what is most important for the postal service – we are listening.”

There will also be an opportunity to single out a postie or other Jersey Post employee who has gone "above and beyond".

In 2023, Jersey Post delivered over 11 million letters and four million parcels to 44,000 addresses.

Along with Royal Mail and Parcelforce, the company also delivers for Amazon, Yodel, DPD, Hello Fresh and UPS.
