Collas Crill has appointed Elena Gogh as a Group Partner in its Private Client and Trusts team in Guernsey.

Ms Gogh joins the firm from Bedell Cristin, with experience working with wealthy families with ‘complex asset structures’ across a variety of different countries and family businesses.

She has also helped set up several single family offices in Guernsey in recent years.

Ms Gogh qualified as a solicitor in 2001, and previously worked for law firms in London, including Withers and Baker & McKenzie, where she focused on private client work.

Ms Gogh stated she was pleased to join the team.

“I am delighted to join Collas Crill and their leading Private Client and Trusts Team in Guernsey.”

Christian Hay, Partner at Collas Crill, said Ms Gogh’s experience will be invaluable.

“Our clients’ needs are constantly changing and, consequently, the structures they utilise to manage their wealth and assets are becoming more complex. Elena brings with her extensive experience in dealing with these complex and often multi-jurisdictional structures for trustees and private clients alike. She is an invaluable and welcome addition to our private client and trusts practice.”
