Ocorian, a company that provides private client, fund administration, capital markets, corporate, and regulatory & compliance services, has announced the appointment of Nana Aboagye as Client Director.
According to Ocorian, Ms Aboagye has more than 16 years of experience from her time with ‘Big Four’ firms, and specialises in multi-jurisdictional tax, corporate and personal taxation, and advising on complex international structures.
Her expertise also includes supporting clients with economic substance and Pillar Two requirements, and reviewing corporate structures.
Ms Aboagye is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants, holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation, and is an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).
Ocorian states that in her new role, Ms Aboagye will be responsible for enhancing the company’s private client services in Guernsey, and will bring technical expertise and international perspective to support clients with wealth and structuring needs.
According to Andy Bailey, Managing Director at Ocorian, she is a significant addition to the company.
