Offshore Group has announced the appointment of two Client Directors and a Human Resources Manager to its leadership team.
The firm says these moves are intended to support its growth across Guernsey, Jersey, and Mauritius.
Tom Barrasin has joined as Client Director, with Offshore Group highlighting his background in the aviation, public, and third sectors, and his status as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Zoe Broome has been promoted to Client Director, with the company attributing the promotion to her performance since joining the firm in 2020.
Laura Campbell takes on the role of HR Manager, with Offshore Group mentioning her previous experience in financial services and the yachting industry. She will manage internal people strategies and local payroll client portfolios.
Managing Director Craig Shorto said these appointments reflect the company’s momentum and are designed to maintain service standards during its next phase of expansion.
