Orbitus has further developed its digital infrastructure with the introduction of a new document management system – M-Files and Hubshare, implemented in partnership with Guernsey-based IT specialists Clarity.

The new system enhances the creation and management of documents as well as the way the business manages and shares information with its clients, supporting both seamless collaboration and an elevated client experience.

This new development reflects shifting client needs in an industry where more connected, transparent services will soon be essential. Orbitus continues to evolve with purpose, strengthening its digital capabilities to stay ahead of expectations and deliver long-term value.

“We believe that our clients expect more than just professional services, they want easy, secure access to the information that matters to them,” said Chris de Putron, Managing Director at Orbitus. “This is part of our ongoing evolution, combining innovative technology with the human relationships that are at the heart of what we do.”

Installed and customised by Clarity, the M-Files document management system combined with the Hubshare web based platform offer enhanced document management and simplified sharing of documents, making it easier for Orbitus to support clients and work efficiently across teams.

Tim Roussel, Business Transformation Sales at Clarity, added: “We’re proud to support Orbitus as they continue to raise the bar. These products help streamline how information flows, giving teams more time to focus on what they do best, and offering clients a smoother, more efficient experience.”

This development forms part of Orbitus’ broader strategic approach, building on core strengths while investing in technology that provides enhanced efficiencies and supports long-term growth. It also reflects the firm’s commitment to people-first principles and highlights the value of local partners working together to deliver global standards.
