Donna Le Tissier has been appointed as the new Transformation Director after spending 15 years at the States helping redevelop the Guernsey Registry and deliver a programme of change for Health and Social Care.

Her work on transformation within HSC saw the delivery of the Partnership of Purpose Policy Letter.

“It’s great to be back in healthcare,” said Ms Le Tissier.

“I loved being a civil servant, and I love the fact that I can continue to serve the public as part of the MSG.”

The Chief Exectuive of the MSG, Jon Buckland, said he is excited to see what Ms Le Tissier will bring to the role.

“Donna has come to the MSG with a great reputation for “getting things done” at the States but at the same time she really understands the importance of communicating and engaging with people to bring them with her on the journey,” he said.

“She has a wealth of experience which will support us on our transformation journey.”
