The Walkers Banking & Finance team has been involved in a £50million deal.
Working with Gateley Legal, the Guernsey legal team has advised Metro Bank on its £50m, five-year lending deal for the Darwin Leisure Development Fund.
DLDF owns several holiday parks across the UK. The agreed financing package includes a £10m revolving credit facility and a £40m term loan to fund its future plans to expand its portfolio of luxury parks and leisure facilities.
The Walkers team, led by Alex Wickens and including Camilla Hobbs, provided advice on the Guernsey law aspects of the deal.
