The Jersey Business Improvement Programme taster session will be held on 8 September and islanders can sign up via Jersey Business’s website.
The course itself, which starts in late September and lasts until November, consists of four one-day workshops and a 1:1 company session.
COO Alexia McClure said the programme has been timed to tie in with the lifting of restrictions and to support businesses in the run-up to the end of the calendar year.
“Streamlined business processes create more time, save money and help keep your team motivated and focused on what really matters,” she explained.
“Whether you are a two-person retail or hospitality business or a large engineering or construction company you will have processes that need tightening up or completely redesigning. So, whatever size or sector you are in, if you are open to changing internal processes to make them more effective you will benefit from the Business Improvement Programme. Now’s the time to focus on working smarter and achieving more.”
