A fragrance consultant at department store de Gruchy has won an industry award that celebrates “excellence in the beauty retail industry”.
Grace Abreu has been named COPRA Retail Consultant of the Year 2025. She was acknowledged for her outstanding customer service, product knowledge and commitment to her role.
With more than eight years of experience in the industry, the store said Ms Abreu is well known by customers and colleagues for her “warmth, professionalism and dedication”.
The awards, organised by COPRA (The Cosmetic & Perfumery Retailers Association), recognise individuals who go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service and driving retail excellence.
Ms Abreu received her award at the COPRA Awards Lunch held at The Savoy Hotel in London last month.
