Financial services firm Evelyn Partners International has announced a “flurry of hires” and its relocation to a new office.
The wealth management firm has moved to a new premises at 1 Grenville Street.
Matt Falla, Managing Partner of Evelyn Partners’ Jersey office, said: “Our new location puts us in the heart of the business community in Jersey alongside family businesses, hedge funds and tech entities which align with our DNA of entrepreneurial assistance.”
The company also announced a number of new hires and promotions.
These include Investment Director Rod Sollis, who joined the company in October 2024 from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. Mr Sollis focuses on investment advice and management for High-Net-Worth individuals, families, charities, offshore trusts and corporate structures.
Investment Manager Jason Downie joined Evelyn Partners in November 2024 from RBC Brewin Dolphin. Mr Downie is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and he specialises in portfolio construction, review and monitoring.
Meanwhile, Investment Director Craig McGuire joined the team in May 2024 from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.
Associate Director Ian Leverington joined the firm in December 2024. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with almost 40 years of experience.
MLCO and Compliance Manager Steve Barnett joined Evelyn Partners from “a major US corporation in Jersey”.
Graduate Rory Drummond, who grew up in Jersey until the age of 14, joined Evelyn Partners in September 2024 and is on the pathway to becoming an Investment Manager.
And Andrew Blake was promoted to Investment Director in October. His focus is on portfolio construction.
Mr Falla added: “Along with a new office, I am delighted to welcome new members to our international team.
“We have expanded our advisory capabilities by bringing in more investment management professionals with a wealth of experience to meet the needs of our clients.
“A new structure and more experience in direct asset management complements our dual expert approach at Evelyn Partners, where clients can be supported by both a financial planner and investment manager.
“In addition to experienced hires, we have considered the succession of our team with the hiring of a graduate and the promotion of an existing team member to help meet our ambitious plans to grow our wealth management business and ensure our clients our managed by multiple different touch points.”
Evelyn Partners has also announced the sale of its Professional Services division, which is expected to be completed by the end of March.
