Staff from HSBC Channel Island and Isle of Man were recognised at the bank’s awards initiative.
18 colleagues from its offices in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man attended, while they yielded three wins and three nominations.
The awards celebrate high performing staff and excellent customer service from their frontline teams.

The awards celebrate HSBC’s staff from Europe and the Americas. They are able to connect with leaders and peers across the globe, while taking part in training sessions, networking and other activities.
Nominations reflect consistent high performance, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering real value for customers.
Those recognised were:
- Dean Anderson: Winner of the ‘People Leader Award’
- Yvonne Hammet McDermott: Winner of the ‘Customer Centricity Award’
- Mhairi Thomsett: Winner of the ‘How We Lead Awards – Simplify to Amplify’
- Candice Warman: Nominee for a Premier Award
- Shabaz Hameed: Nominee for a Wealth Award
- Simon Freer: Nominee for a Wealth Award
