Together, the three directors form the charity’s collaborative leadership team, a new structure designed to strengthen its sustainability, support future growth and ensure each leader can focus on their area of expertise.

Ms Coleshill’s role includes overseeing finance, fundraising, governance, compliance, HR and organisational development.

She said: “I was looking for an organisation where values, purpose and community impact were at the heart of everything it does.

“When I saw the role with Kairos Arts advertised, I immediately knew it was somewhere I wanted to be. I’m excited to be part of an organisation that makes such a positive difference in people’s lives.”
