Having spent almost a decade with Halifax in the UK, Nicola Gott moved to Jersey in 2009 to join BNP Paribas, rising to the position of Country Chief Operating Officer, a position she held for more than five years.
More recently, Ms Gott has held the position of Managing Director with a number of trust, fund and corporate administration providers, including Oak Group.
She said she was “thrilled” to be joining IQ-EQ, adding: “I am genuinely excited about what we are going to achieve together, supporting each other with innovative and people-led solutions for local and group-wide colleagues, our clients and wider stakeholder group.”
