Developed in partnership with CompassJersey, Jersey’s Best Workplace offers businesses a comprehensive analysis of employee engagement, focusing on eight key areas: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, personal pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing, line management, and learning and development.
James Horrigan of CompassJersey explained: “Jersey’s Best Workplace is an entirely different proposition, designed to elevate an organisation’s ability to demonstrate to the rest of the world what its employees genuinely think about its efforts across these key areas.”
Co-founder of Leadership Jersey Kevin Keen described the initiative as “probably the best investment businesses will make this year”.
The extended deadlineallows employee surveys to be submitted by Friday 31 January 2025, providing businesses that were unable to commit in late 2024 with a fresh opportunity to benchmark their workplace culture and gather invaluable insights.
The top-performing companies will be showcased in a special Jersey’s Best Workplace publication, with winners honoured at a prestigious awards ceremony.
