Jersey Post has announced it has appointed a new Non-Executive Director.
Stephanie Hutton has joined the board of Jersey Post International Limited as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
A finance professional with over 25 years’ experience, Ms Hutton is a Chartered Certified Accountant and specialises in providing NED and fractional CFO services.
She has worked across a range of industries including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail and technology in a number of blue-chip companies, such as Walgreens Boots Alliance and Experian.
Ms Hutton has also held senior financial positions in the Channel Islands Cooperative, Sandpiper and MasonBreese. She started her career at Ernst & Young.
“I’m delighted to be appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Jersey Post International Limited,” she said. “This is a pivotal time for the organisation, and I look forward to working closely with the Board and Executive team as the business evolves to meet new challenges and opportunities.”
