Business and technology consultancy  Prosperity 24/7 has announced four promotions.

Within the business solutions team, senior consultant Matt Crick has been promoted to team manager.

Mr Crick joined Prosperity 24/7 in 2022 and has leveraged his skills in web development and Microsoft Power Platform to develop applications, create automations and integrate Power Pages websites, opening up processes and data to business clients and employees.

He is also knowledgeable in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio embedding and creating AI solutions through the use of Azure AI Services.

Dylan Oswald has been promoted to consultant after joining Prosperity in 2023 as a trainee in business solutions.

His role focuses on designing and developing solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, helping clients improve their processes through intuitive, low-code applications.

Dillon Walker, who joined Prosperity 24/7 in 2022 as a network consultant, has been promoted to senior consultant within the technical solutions team. 

He designs and delivers bespoke network solutions, with his expertise spanning network design, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting.

Mr Walker also provides executive-level insights through detailed network health reports, helping clients stay ahead of vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.

Fiona Tregoning, who also joined Prosperity 24/7 in 2022, has been promoted to senior consultant within the people team. 

She supports the delivery of Prosperity 24/7’s HR objectives, helping to keep the organisation running efficiently and compliantly.
