A new wellness hub for women that aims to make fitness fun and accessible has opened at the Royal Square in a private members’ club.
Eve Studios, founded by wellness coach and women’s health advocate Trudi Roscouet, opened its doors last week in a newly renovated space in the United Club that was previously the Registrar’s Office.
The studio aims to provide a “non-judgmental” space where women can focus on their health, fitness, and building community in a fun and accessible environment.

Ms Roscouet, who was named Jersey’s Inspirational Woman of the Year in 2023 for her work raising awareness and supporting women through menopause, has spent nearly a decade developing the concept for Eve Studios.
“Eve has always been about more than just fitness,” she explained.
“It’s a hub for women to come together, hold each other accountable, and build real community.
“Whether you’re a teenager navigating body changes, a new mum looking for postnatal support, or in midlife exploring strength, recovery, and menopause, Eve is here for you.”
Ms Roscouet explained the hub will offer structured programmes and classes for women at all life stages, from after-school teen sessions that promote open conversations about health, to antenatal and postnatal workouts for new mums with their babies.
She added that women in midlife and beyond are welcomed with evidence-based strength-building classes, holistic workshops, and social spaces that encourage connection.
