Two professionals from financial services provider Praxis have been recognised in the 2025 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list.

James Harrison and Tom Allison are among the list of “exceptional individuals” with fewer than 15 years’ experience who are “shaping the future of private wealth” across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

The list recognises both personal achievements to date and future leadership potential.

Mr Harrison is a Senior Manager in Jersey, having joined Praxis in 2023 with more than 13 years’ experience in offshore trust and corporate services.

He leads a private wealth team and Praxis said he is “known for his strategic thinking and ability to manage complex client structures”.

It added that Mr Harrison is a “strong advocate for team development” and “actively mentors emerging talent and fosters a culture of continuous learning”.

Mr Allison, a Chartered Accountant, joined Praxis Guernsey in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Trust Manager in 2022. The firm says he plays a key role supporting a large family office, delivering complex financial accounting and trust administration services.

One nominator said: “Tom has excelled in his role, and this has been recognised through his progression with the firm.”

“We are incredibly proud of Tom and James for this well-deserved recognition,” said John Medina, Group Head of Private Wealth at Praxis. “Their inclusion in the NextGen Leaders list highlights not only their individual excellence, but also the strength of our talent and culture.

“At Praxis, we are committed to creating an environment where professionals can grow, thrive and contribute to the long-term success of our clients and our firm. It is inspiring to see our colleagues recognised as the future leaders of our industry,” he added.
