Walkers has advised global investment firm Carlyle on the completion of its acquisition of a diversified floating production, storage and offloading business from Altera Infrastructure Group.

Walkers advised on the Jersey and Cayman law aspects of the acquisition, working alongside lead counsel Akin Gump from signing through to closing.

The Jersey corporate team was led by partner Tatiana Collins, supported by senior counsel Luke Steele and associates Charlotte Beal and Gemma Nicol.

They worked closely with Walkers London Corporate team, who advised on the Cayman Islands aspects of the transaction.

The London team was led by partner Neil McDonald, with support from senior counsel Catherine Outerbridge.
