Dilmun Leach, who advises clients in London, the US and Channel Islands on the establishment of and restructuring of investment funds, as well as private equity and capital markets transactions, has become the fourth partner in the firms investment funds and corporate team.
Jonathan Heaney, a partner on the team, described Mr Leach’s appointment as “welcome”, adding: “He has an outstanding reputation in the market both here in the island and more broadly in the London market and I am delighted to welcome him aboard.”
