Finalists in Jersey Finance’s 2025 Rising Stars Awards have been revealed.

Now in their sixth year, the awards aim to celebrate the future leaders from across the local financial services industry.

42 young professionals have been shortlisted across 14 industry categories, each nominated by their employers for “making a difference to their workplace, setting a strong example in their field of work or drawing on their skills to make a positive impact in the local community”.

They were shortlisted by independent judges Julie Acey, Ports of Jersey; Rebecca Brewer, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust; and Alan Le Maistre, National Trust for Jersey.

The public can now vote for the shortlisted candidates via AwardForce, and winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 4 July at the Royal Jersey Showground.

Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer at Jersey Finance, congratulated everyone who had received a nomination this year, “especially those who made the shortlist”.

“It is truly inspiring to see so many young individuals being acknowledged for their impact within the industry, a testament to the remarkable talent we are fortunate to have here on the Island.

“I look forward to the community showing its support by taking part in the voting process.”
