Things To Do Guernsey is honoured to announce a landmark event – the 85th Anniversary Battle of Britain Gala Dinner, taking place on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.
This prestigious evening will begin with a welcome reception at 7:00pm, followed by dinner at 7:30pm, commemorating one of Britain’s most defining moments and celebrating the enduring spirit of the Royal Air Force (RAF).
More than just a dinner, this event offers the community a chance to come together in remembrance, pride, and gratitude for the bravery of those who defended Britain’s skies during 1940, while also looking to the future of aviation.
Honouring 201 Squadron – Guernsey’s Own
In a poignant tribute, the evening will be attended by members of 201 Squadron, Guernsey’s own historic RAF squadron.
Their presence will highlight a proud connection between Guernsey and the RAF, honouring the courage and dedication of past and present service members.
Supporting RAF Charities and Future Aviators
All proceeds from the Gala Dinner will support RAF charities and the Guernsey Air Cadets, helping to preserve the RAF’s legacy and inspire the next generation of aviators.
