The customer counter on level 3 of Edward T Wheadon House will be closed for two days on Friday 19 September and Monday the 22 September for essential electrical upgrades.

All other services within the building will remain unaffected.

It is the next phase in a programme of works to ensure the resilience of the building’s electrical infrastructure.

Revenue Service customers will be able to:

• Pay online by visiting gov.gg/payit.

• Update their coding notice by completing the form at gov.gg/updatecoding. For any coding notice queries please email codingrequest@gov.gg.

Social Housing Tenants will be able to:

• Pay their rent online by visiting gov.gg/payit or at a post office, or call 226550 for rent payments by telephone.

• Email the tenancy team at housingtenancy@gov.gg for any tenancy queries.

• Call 223465 or email the property team at housing.maintenance@gov.gg for any maintenance queries.2

Traffic & Highways Services customers will be able to email:

• The traffic management team on traffic@gov.gg

• The highways team on highways@gov.gg

• The public transport team on publictransport@gov.gg

These teams can also be contacted by telephone on 222100. In-person callers can speak to the team at the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Counter on Level 1 of Edward T Wheadon House who will be able to assist.

The level 3 customer counter will reopen to the public on Tuesday 23 September at 8:45am.
