Various seasonal changes to speed limits, parking, and traffic flow will come into force over the coming week.
- South Esplanade (South) – The 40 parking spaces on the seaward side of the road opposite the Credit Suisse building will change from two-hour to 10-hour parking from 27th September and are expected to remain this way until approximately 1st May 2026.
- South Esplanade (North-West end) – The six parking spaces broadly opposite Havelet slipway will change from two-hour to 10-hour parking from 1st October, and are expected to remain this way until approximately 1st May 2026.
- La Vallette – Approximately 10 spaces on the seaward side of the road broadly opposite La Vallette Underground Military Museum will change from two-hour to 10-hour parking from 1st October, and are expected to remain this way until approximately 1st May 2026.
- Vazon – From the Loophole Tower (opposite La Rocquette Road) to Fort Hommet access road the speed limit will change from 25mph to 35mph from 1st October 2025 until 31st May 2026.
- Route de la Lague and Route de Rocquaine – From the Imperial Hotel to La Route du Coudre the speed limit will change from 25mph to 35mph from 1st October 2025 until 31st May 2026.
- Petit Bôt Road and La Rue des Pages – The summer daytime one-way restriction in the section between Petit Bôt Tearooms and Les Pages will be removed from 1st October 2025, with traffic returning to a two-way flow until 31st May 2026.
