Following the States of Jersey's recent announcement on strict movement controls from Sunday 29th March we want to advise all of our customers of how we are responding to this having now taken the appropriate advice from the States. Whilst our self storage facility in St Helier will be open and will continue to operate, it will now need to do so on a restricted access basis only in order to ensure social distancing is maintained.
Please note the following:
We will open our storage facility between the hours of 8am and 12pm, Monday to Saturday.
Customers will need to advise us in advance of when they would like to visit their storage unit.
Our staff will allocate you a suitable day and time for your visit.
To ensure your health and safety is not compromised and very strict social distancing methods are maintained, we will only allow one customer visit at any one time.
We will restrict access to 1 vehicle with a maximum of 2 persons per vehicle.
If you are visiting please try and ensure that you have everything you need before leaving the store to avoid repeat visits within a short period of time.
To ensure that we protect our staff we shall only be operating with one member of staff at any one time so please be patient, we will ensure that we meet your needs as best we can.
The office will be manned but only staff will have access to it. We will be able to communicate with you in the store by phone. Please note that we will not be able to sell boxes or packing materials at this time to avoid close contact.
We will continue to carry out stringent cleaning of any multi point touch surfaces.

Having pre-booked your visit:
Arrive at the store on the day and time allocated.
The store will be open but the outside doors will be closed. Please either knock on the office window in Hilgrove Street or call the office number on 01534 631996 and a member of staff will come out and open the door for you. This is to maintain controlled access for your personal safety and that of our staff.
These measures are to ensure that we observe the governments guidelines and slowdown the spread of the virus. These are our top priorities and we want to work with you to achieve these aims.
