Out-of-hours GP service over Bank Holiday weekend

Islanders who urgently need to see a GP this Bank Holiday weekend are being asked to contact the out-of-hours GP service.

From 6pm today (Thursday 9 April) until 8am on Tuesday 14 April, Islanders requiring a GP appointment should telephone the out-of-hours service on 01534 445445. Please note that GP surgeries will be open and contactable as normal on Saturday morning, but outside of this window, Islanders should contact the out-of-hours service. In an emergency, patients should dial 999.

Patients who contact the out-of-hours service will be offered telephone advice, and if necessary, a home visit or an appointment at the out-of-hours GP service. The service is based in the out-patient department of the Gwyneth Huelin Wing at Jersey General Hospital.
