Collas Crill strengthens property law team

Collas Crill have appointed associates Alison Le Breton, and Alexandra Bassford, to their property team.

Both Ms Le Breton and Ms Bassford are solicitors experienced in all areas of Jersey property law including commercial and residential purchases, sales and leases, share transfer purchases, equity agreements, mortgages and financing, among others.

Mrs Le Breton is a solicitor of England and Wales. She recently worked as an assistant legal advisor in the Law Officers Department, assisting with work related to the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry, with the prosecution and sentencing of Royal Court cases, and working as assistant legal advisor to the Attorney General.

Mrs Bassford is a Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey and will be taking her Oath of Advocacy later this year.
