New Chief at Aztec

The Aztec Group has appointed its first 'Chief People Officer.'

Virginia Rothwell joins from JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate firms, where she held the position of UK HR Director since 2014, sitting on the JLL UK Board and leading the firm’s people strategy.

In her new role, she will sit on both the Aztec Group Executive Committee and the People Committee, with Group-wide responsibility for performance management and recruitment disciplines, people-focused change processes, reward strategies, professional development and succession planning.

Based in the UK, she will travel to all of the Group’s offices. 

Commenting on the appointment, Aztec Group’s Founder and CEO, Edward Moore, said: “We’re delighted to announce that Virginia has joined us as our first Chief People Officer.
