BDO Greenlight have recruited four new consultants to its team.

The firm says the appointments are intended to add new expertise to their offering as change management specialists.

Among the new consultants is Claire Macready, previously employed by the Government’s Health and Community Services department, who brings with her knowledge of the public sector and it’s digital and modernisation programmes

Following an internship with BDO as part of his degree in business and management, Bradley Le Clercq has joined the firm full-time.

Joe Smith, a qualified Project Manager and experienced Business Analyst and Jordan Egerton, who specialises in process improvement, project management and business analysis, complete the latest round of appointments.

BDO Greenlight Director Allam Zia said that the skills and experience brought by each of the new consultants would enhance the services that the company was able to offer its clients.

“We are continually evolving to meet the needs of the marketplace and we’re delighted to be boosting our team with these appointments," he added. "Change is the new normal and most organisations will experience it to some level. We offer capacity, capability and advice from people who understand your industry and challenges and can help you manage transitions smoothly."
