Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has made three senior promotions in its Jersey office.

From the beginning of this month, Claire Le Quesne has become counsel in the corporate practice, while Nichola Aldridge in trusts and private wealth and Tarina Le Boutillier from the employment team have been promoted to Senior Associates.

Ms Le Quesne, who has been at the firm since 2006, is a member of the Jersey corporate team and has a background in advising clients regarding corporate, funding and banking matters. Ms Le Quesne has particular expertise in corporate real estate and investment funds, both listed and non-listed.

Ms Aldridge joined Carey Olsen's Jersey trusts and private wealth in 2013, with a specialism in trust law and a particular focus on non-contentious matters. In particular, Ms Aldridge advises on the establishment and operation of private and commercial trust structures and has experience with complex restructurings.

Ms Le Boutilier, who specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, deals with global, multinational and local clients. As a member of the International Association of Privacy Practitioners and is CIPP/E and CIPM qualified, Ms Le Boutillier also has a keen interest for data protection legislation and privacy related matters.
