Partnership to help businesses reopen safely

Local Salesforce CRM specialist Comnexa has partnered with Work.com in order to help businesses organise safe returns to the workplace.

Work.com are specialists in HR technology and provide businesses with solutions designed to help reopen workplaces as quickly as possible.

The new partnership with Comnexa means Channel Island businesses will be able to set up Work.com before welcoming their employees back to the workplace.

"Reopening of workplaces is going to be crucial as our local economy rebuilds," Comnexa's Commercial Director, Phil Cuming, commented.

"Whilst we normally specialise in helping organisations manage their external stakeholders, we were keen to find a solution that helps them manage their own teams in order to help them bounce back from this crisis efficiently. Work.com's solution complements our existing Salesforce solutions and could play a crucial role for organisations, whether they are planning an imminent return to their offices, or maintaining remote working for a little while longer.

"The solution includes shift management, response management, training and data analytics functions, as well as employee wellness and contact tracing applications, and so is well placed to help businesses of any type manage their workforce's return to the workplace.

"Work.com can integrate with an organisation's existing Salesforce solutions, or work as a standalone solution, so businesses of all types can benefit."
