In her new role, Ms Sanford – who has over 20 years experience in Human Resources across financial services, legal, e-commerce, and public sectors – will lead Crestbridge’s HR function.

Meanwhile, Mr Logan joins the senior team to focus on regulation in the business following a varied career in auditing and the Tax Office.

Ms Sanford and Mr Logan join the existing senior central services team at Crestbridge, which is led by CEO Heather Tibbo and includes Karen Morris, Head of Finance; Ben Le Lay, Head of Information Technology; and Lesley Piner, Head of Business Development and Marketing.

Ms Tibbo said: “We remain absolutely committed to growth and evolving our market-leading proposition, with an ambition to cement our reputation as a major, people-focused player servicing the needs of global families.

"The strengthening of our central team is a fundamental part of that.

“Working in a collaborative, supportive, open and honest way has always been at the heart of our team ethic and I firmly believe that, with this team now in place, we have a formidable amount of collective expertise, putting us in a strong position to approach the future with confidence, ready to adapt to and support the shifting needs of families.”
