Former JFSC Analyst joins Oben

Oben has appointed a former Senior Risk Analyst at the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a Consultant in its regulatory practice.

Darren Boschat spent 15 years in senior roles at the JFSC where he helped design the supervisory risk model and the supporting guidance used by its staff.

He advises on a wide range of topics, including AML/CFT, financial sanctions, prudential reporting, corporate governance and risk and compliance frameworks.
