PDFS’ networks also also for collections and deliveries to be made throughout the UK and Europe.

The company will continue to operate in Bristol, serving the West Country, Wales as well as the Midlands and the North thanks to its proximity to the M5.

Andy Jehan, PDFS CEO (pictured top) joined the company in Julyafter being "tempted" back into logistics by what he described as an "exciting project".

He commented: "We’re looking to build on the organisation’s 40 years’ experience and our focus is providing excellent customer service, whilst also offering real choice in the Channel Islands’ logistics market.
