Greenlight founder takes CEO role

Monday 25 April 2016

Business change consultants Greenlight have appointed founder Eliot Lincoln to the position of Chief Executive Officer, to oversee the next phase in the company’s growth.

Mr Lincoln founded the company in 2008, but recently has been acting as Chief Consulting Officer.

He will now be stepping up to CEO, and appointing an executive committee made up of Greenlight’s senior consultants to help execute the company’s growth strategy.

Mr Lincoln said: “This is a tremendously exciting period in the history of the firm, and I’m really looking forward to leading the team through it.

“Channel Island businesses face so many very difficult challenges in the current market, and Greenlight will be using its expertise to help them plan, facilitate and then measure the effects of the changes they need to make.

“For example, this may be installing a major new IT system to keep up with customer service expectations, or reviewing their Board to make sure it has sufficient digital expertise - whatever it is, Greenlight will be there to make sure the changes are executed effectively and efficiently.”

Greenlight’s former CEO, Jonathan Atkinson, will be moving on to new challenges in his home region of the north-west of England.

Mr Lincoln added: “Greenlight has come a very long way since I founded it eight years ago, in no small part due to Jonathan’s commitment and expertise. We wish him all the best for his future.”

Mr Lincoln is also the Vice President of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and a non- executive director on the Board of Jersey Business Limited.
