A local HR advisory firm has launched an e-learning course focused on coping with covid-19 anxiety to assist businesses with the management of employees' mental health in the wake of the health crisis.
Law at Work's course will cover stress management and stress relief techniques.
It was designed to provide tips that can help people manage their mental health during the pandemic; explain why proper sleep, nutrition and relaxation are essential for maintaining good mental health; and show how mental health can be supported through open conversations.
"Following on from the outbreak of covid-19 worldwide, many of us have experienced changes not only to our work but also household routines," LAW said.
"At this time, where the world is working together to return to normality, most of us will once again have to adapt to the new regulations and guidance given by the local governments."
