Seven local directors have made the shortlist for the national IoD Director of the Year awards, after winning in their respective categories in the local awards.
The awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the exceptional achievements of individuals at director level within private, public and voluntary organisations across Britain.
The Jersey shortlisted directors are:
Lisa Springate, IoD Jersey Chair, commented: "We are very proud to see all seven of our winning directors making the shortlist for the national awards. It’s a tremendous accolade to get shortlisted and its testament to the fantastic leadership that thrives in Jersey.

The winners of the IoD Director of the Year Awards will be announced in London on 18 October.
