Maillard & Co has announced John Pirouet as Group Managing Director.
Mr Pirouet, who has a background in finance and real estate, previously been a director on a listed Real Estate Investment Trust that owns commercial properties in London with a value of more than £2bn. He has acted for large-scale clients including Middle Eastern & US Sovereign Wealth Funds, as well as Institutional German Real Estate Funds.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certified Fraud Examiner, holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and the APMP qualification issued by the International Project Management Association.
Oliver Mourant, Partner at Rialto, the private equity firm that owns Maillard & Co, commented: “We are delighted to have secured John, he is a seasoned and well networked professional and we very much look forward to working with him.”
Previous Managing Director, Simon Buckley, remains a Director on the board of the business and will continue to support the firm’s growth, the business said.
