Ms Passmore joined Jersey Water in 2010 having worked in a number of commercial roles in Jersey and overseas. As Finance Director, she will provide leadership for the financial aspects of the company’s strategy and will continue to manage the finance team and oversee the company’s business systems and Customer Services Department.

Ms McInnes joined Jersey Water in October 2015 as the Assistant Company Secretary, prior to that she worked at Elian as a manager in the Corporate Governance Unit. Ms McInnes will manage the Board of Directors, various sub-committees, land enquiries and events, as well as acting as a shareholder liaison and Pension Plan Secretary.
